The work week is Monday to Sunday, typically a 12 hour work day. (Paid by kms)

Requirements: – Must have valid class 3 drivers’ licence and experience operating a standard transmission – Must possess CSA approved steel toe work boots – Must have end dump experience. Must have own truck.
Duties: -Haul and load/unload aggregate, asphalt and excavated material -Keep daily records of all logs, tasks and materials.

You’ll develop relationships with partners across Manitoba, communicating effectively to share insights and strategies while focusing on mutual growth.

- Adjust effectively to frequently changing work assignments
- Proactively seek to find creative solutions to meet internal brand performance KPIs
- Handle and respond to objections and contentions
- Establish credibility and rapport with existing partners
- Use effective techniques to explicitly understand partners’ needs
- Effectively articulate the advantages of an idea or plan to restaurant partners
